Designed for commercial and technological accounting of smoothly changing flows of natural gas, single and multicomponent gases, argon, nitrogen, non-aggressive gases and others in gas supply, chemical industry and thermal power engineering.

The TRZ turbine gas meter consists of a housing (flanged version) and a measuring converter. When the gas flow affects the turbine, the latter rotates at a speed proportional to the flow rate (volume flow rate) of the gas. The rotation of the turbine with the help of a mechanical gearbox is transmitted to the counting head, which shows (incrementally) the total volume of gas under operating conditions that has passed through the meter.

The RVG rotary gas meter operates on the principle of displacement of a strictly defined volume of gas by rotating rotors. The volume of the displaced gas is determined by the volume of the meter's measuring chamber formed by the inner surface of the housing and the surfaces of two rotors rotating synchronously in opposite directions. The rotational motion of the rotors through a gearbox and a magnetic coupling is transmitted to an 8-digit counting mechanism, which registers the number of rotations of the rotors, and consequently the volume of gas passed through the counter. The RVG gas meter registers the volume of gas under operating conditions. To bring the measuring volume of gas to the volume under standard conditions, the RVG meter can be equipped with electronic correctors EK270, EK260, or TS215, TS210.

Designed to measure the volume of natural gas and other non-aggressive dry gases in gas distribution stations, boiler houses, gas control points, etc. for the purpose of its commercial accounting at a pressure of up to 1.6 MPa.

It is operated at gas and ambient temperatures from -30 °C to +60 °C, the temperature of transportation and storage of the meter from -40 ° C to +70 ° C.

Turbine gas meters SG-16MT (Rrab.=1.6MPa) and SG-75M (Rrab.=7.5MPa) are designed to measure the amount of gas flowing through the cross section per unit of time.

The principle of operation of the meter is based on the use of gas flow energy to rotate the sensor element of the meter - a turbine, the number of revolutions of which is directly proportional to the flowing volume of gas. The number of revolutions of the turbine is transmitted through a step-down gearbox and a gas-tight magnetic coupling to a counting mechanism located outside the gas cavity, showing (incrementally) the total volume of gas under operating conditions that has passed through the device. The measured gas can be either single-component (air, natural gas, argon, nitrogen, etc.) or multicomponent (having no aggressive components).
